The Bently Nevada 200150-22-CN Accelerometer is a rugged industrial seismic transducer designed for continuous machinery vibration monitoring in demanding environments. Featuring a sensitivity of 10.2 mV/(m/s²) (100 mV/g) at 80 Hz and a measurement range of ±245 m/s² (±25 g), it delivers accurate acceleration data across a wide operating frequency range of 10 to 1000 Hz. The sensor uses a hermetically sealed 316L stainless steel housing and connector assembly, providing excellent resistance to corrosion, moisture, and harsh industrial conditions. Its fast settling time of ≤300 ms and low broadband electrical noise ensure stable and reliable signal performance for critical monitoring applications.
The 200150 accelerometer is designed for use with Trendmaster ProTIM systems and is fully compatible with Trendmaster 2000 platforms, including the 200100 Dual Acceleration-to-Velocity flexiTIM Module, 89130-01 TIM interface module, and 1900/25 and 1900/27 monitors. It incorporates a piezoelectric sensing element that converts vibration-induced mechanical force into a differential voltage signal proportional to acceleration along the sensitive axis. The transducer includes a top-mounted 5-pin connector for simplified cable installation and removal, while the 3/8-24 threaded mounting interface supports flexible installation configurations, making it ideal for rotating equipment condition monitoring and predictive maintenance programs.
