The Bently Nevada 31000-16-05-00-071-03-02, 31000-16-05-00-065-03-02, and 31000-28-05-15-032-03-02 are proximity probe housing assemblies designed for externally mounted vibration and Keyphasor measurement applications. All three configurations are built using glass-reinforced polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) with conductive fibers, providing high mechanical strength and excellent corrosion resistance. Stainless steel components, including AISI 304 for the sleeve and AISI 303 for fittings and screws, ensure durability in harsh industrial environments. These assemblies support 3300 XL 8 mm probes and allow convenient external access for probe adjustment or replacement without requiring machine disassembly, improving maintenance efficiency and reducing downtime. Bently Nevada 31000-16-05-00-071-03-02 provides a deeper probe penetration of 7.1 inches without a standoff adapter, while 31000-16-05-00-065-03-02 offers a slightly shorter penetration of 6.5 inches, also without a standoff adapter.
