The Bently Nevada 330881-28-00-200-06-02 PROXPAC XL Proximity Transducer is a fully self-contained proximity probe system integrating a 3300 XL 8 mm probe with multiple approvals and a built-in Proximitor sensor within the housing cover. The assembly eliminates the need for an extension cable or separate Proximitor housing, allowing field wiring to connect directly from the monitors to the PROXPAC XL unit. It comes with one 3/4-14 NPT fitting, one 3/4-14 NPT to 1/2-14 NPT SST reducer, and two plugs, and supports a 200 mm probe penetration option, offering flexibility for a wide range of industrial installations.
The PROXPAC XL housing is made from Polyphenylene Sulfide (PPS), a high-performance molded thermoplastic reinforced with glass and conductive fibers for strength and electrostatic dissipation. Rated Type 4X and IP66, the housing provides excellent protection in harsh industrial environments. Designed to operate in −52°C to +100°C (−62°F to +212°F) and withstand 100% condensing humidity, the PROXPAC XL transducer assembly offers robust, reliable performance for precision turbine and rotating machinery monitoring applications.
