The Bently Nevada 24701‑33‑05‑00‑024‑04‑02 is a precision Proximity Probe Housing Assembly designed to provide a rugged and reliable external mounting solution for proximity sensors used in machinery condition monitoring systems. This assembly houses a compatible proximity probe (such as a 3300 XL series probe) and enables accurate vibration, displacement, and shaft position measurements by creating a stable installation point external to the machine casing. The housing design supports adjustment of probe gap and replacement without requiring disassembly of the monitored equipment, improving maintainability and uptime for industrial applications such as turbines, compressors, motors, and pumps.
