Manufactured in the USA, this probe features a robust AISI 304 stainless steel case and a durable Polyphenylene Sulfide (PPS) tip, providing extended linear range and reliable operation in demanding industrial environments. The 5.0-meter (16.4-foot) total length and miniature coaxial ClickLoc connector ensure easy integration with existing 3300 XL Proximitor systems.
Part of the 3300 XL 11 mm Proximity Transducer System, this probe is typically used together with the 3300 XL extension cable and Proximitor Sensor to deliver a 3.94 V/mm (100 mV/mil) output. Its large 11 mm tip allows for improved linearity compared to the standard 8 mm system. Common applications include axial (thrust) position measurements, ramp differential expansion on steam turbines, rod position or rod drop monitoring on reciprocating compressors, tachometer and zero-speed measurements, and phase reference (Keyphasor) signals, making it suitable for critical machinery monitoring in various industrial sectors.
