The MICRO SWITCH BZE/DTE enclosed basic switch features a compact and robust metal housing, providing enhanced operational accuracy and reliable actuation performance. A large junction box facilitates easy wiring. This switch achieves high repeatability of switching points early in the travel phase. This is thanks to its highly tolerant overtravel mechanism, designed to reduce the effects of application drift, thereby improving the switch's long-term accuracy.
The MICRO SWITCH™ E6 (side-mounted) and V6 (flange-mounted) switches are available with or without an actuator seal. Both have a combined insulator/seal bonded inside the bottom housing. Lead washers are used to seal the mounting holes for side-mounted switches. All side-mounted switches are mounted with 6-gauge screws, except for the BZE6-2RN7 (which uses 8-gauge screws). Removing the bottom housing exposes the terminals for easy wiring.
