Keyence LJ-V7300 is a high-precision 2D laser profile sensor head designed for non-contact measurement based on diffuse reflection. It uses a 405 nm blue semiconductor laser (Class 2) with a reference distance of 300 mm, enabling stable profile acquisition even on challenging surfaces such as reflective or low-contrast materials. With a wide Z-axis measurement range of ±145 mm and X-axis coverage up to 240 mm, it is suitable for detailed height and width inspection in industrial automation and quality control applications.
The sensor delivers high measurement performance with Z-axis repeatability of 5 μm and excellent linearity up to ±0.15% of full scale, ensuring reliable dimensional inspection. It supports fast sampling cycles down to 16 μs, IP67 protection for harsh environments, and strong resistance to vibration and shock. With stable temperature characteristics and robust industrial design, the LJ-V7300 is widely used in precision profile measurement, positioning, and inline inspection tasks in manufacturing systems.
