Bently Nevada 330103-00-25-05-02-BR is a 3300 XL 8 mm proximity probe for non-contact machinery monitoring applications. The probe reflects improvements over previous designs, including the patented TipLoc molding method, which provides a more robust bond between the probe tip and probe body. Its CableLoc design provides 330 N (75 lbf) pull strength to more securely attach the probe cable and probe tip, improving mechanical reliability in industrial installations.
The 330103-00-25-05-02-BR uses an AISI 303 or 304 stainless steel case, a polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) probe tip, and a Viton O-ring for sealing. A 250 mm overall case length and 0.5 m standard cable with a miniature coaxial ClickLoc connector support practical installation and connection. The 3300 XL probe family can also be ordered with the optional FluidLoc cable option, which prevents oil and other liquids from leaking out of the machine through the cable interior.
