Bently Nevada 24701-28-05-00-038-04-02 is an all-metal Proximity Probe Housing Assembly used to externally mount proximity probes on industrial machinery. The assembly incorporates a 3300 XL 8 mm probe with approval option and provides a protective mounting structure with a dome cover, probe sleeve, O-rings, thread seal, and threaded ports for conduit connections. With a 3.8-inch probe penetration and 3/4-14 NPT mounting thread, it provides secure probe installation and convenient integration with machinery monitoring systems.
The 24701-28-05-00-038-04-02 features a 303 stainless steel body with a 304 stainless steel sleeve, providing durable construction for demanding industrial environments. The 24701 housing family is available with CSA approvals and is rated explosion proof for hazardous areas. It is well suited to rotating machinery monitoring applications in industries such as oil and gas, power generation, petrochemical processing, and other industrial facilities where externally mounted proximity probes are used for machinery condition and protection monitoring.
