The Bently Nevada 330904-00-12-05-02-05 is a 3300 NSv Proximity Probe, manufactured in the USA as a core component of the 3300 XL NSv Proximity Transducer System. This probe features a 0 mm unthreaded length, 120 mm overall case length and 0.5 meter total length, equipped with a miniature coaxial ClickLoc connector and standard cable, and holds multiple agency approvals. Constructed with a polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) tip and AISI 304 stainless steel (SST) case, it boasts an operating and storage temperature range of -52°C to +177°C (-62°F to +351°F), ensuring robust performance in extreme industrial environments.
Engineered for applications with tight installation constraints, the 3300 XL NSv Proximity Transducer System (comprising the 3300 NSv probe, matching extension cable and 3300 XL NSv Proximitor Sensor) is optimized for centrifugal air, refrigeration and process gas compressors, as well as fluid-film bearing machines with small shafts or side-view/rearview/counter bore restrictions. It excels in small target measurements (e.g., radial vibration on shafts <51 mm, axial position on flat targets <15 mm) and supports radial/axial position monitoring, tachometer/zero speed detection and Keyphasor phase reference. The system is a direct drop-in replacement for 3300 RAM, 3000-series and 7000-series 190 Transducer Systems, with seamless upgrade compatibility that allows reuse of existing probe, extension cable and monitoring components from 3300 RAM systems.
