The ALSTOM MMLG02 / MMLG02R1AA0001E Test Blocks are precision-engineered modules designed for busbar protection systems and industrial control applications. Manufactured in France, these test blocks provide robust electrical insulation with 5 kV rms isolation between case terminals and the earth terminal, and 2 kV–5 kV rms isolation between contact pairs, ensuring safety and reliability during testing and operation. Rated for 20 A continuous or 400 A for 1 second, the MMLG02 test blocks support a maximum working voltage of 300 V AC or DC, making them suitable for high-performance protective system monitoring and secondary injection testing.
Engineered for convenience and durability, the MMLG02 / MMLG02R1AA0001E can be mounted vertically adjacent to MiDOS or MiCOM Agile protection relays, simplifying monitoring, isolation, and testing without disturbing existing protective wiring. With an operating temperature range of –25 °C to +55 °C, storage up to –25 °C to +70 °C, and enclosure protection up to IP50 (with cover), these test blocks are reliable in demanding industrial environments. Their modular design allows quick and safe secondary injection testing, streamlining maintenance and reducing downtime in critical power systems.
