Honeywell CC-PSV201 (51454123-175) is a servo valve positioner module designed for precise hydraulic or electro-hydraulic control applications in industrial automation systems. It provides dual output channels with both bipolar and unipolar current drive options, supporting multiple current ranges including 10, 20, 40, 80, 160, 320 mA and 50/300 mA configurations to ensure flexible actuator compatibility. The module delivers high-precision control performance with 16-bit DAC resolution, excellent output linearity of 0.325%, and temperature drift as low as 300 ppm/°C, ensuring stable operation in demanding environments. It incorporates dither functionality adjustable from 0–10% of full scale within a 25–60 Hz frequency range to improve valve response characteristics. With a maximum open-circuit output voltage of ±14 V and a switchover gap time of up to 15 ms, the module ensures fast and reliable transition behavior. Designed for use with a 24 VDC supply (22–28 VDC operating range), it supports robust field integration while maintaining accurate and responsive servo control performance.

Function 
This Series C I/O module provides an onboard PID positioning loop for positioning a servo valve typically used in a 
turbomachinery control application. It can accept LVDT/RVDT/4-20 mA position feed back signals from the control valve, 
receive a control valve demand remote set point from a C300-20msCEE controller and execute onboard PID positioning loop 
to issue current output to servo valve coil to control the control valve position.
