The ICS Triplex TC-505-01-6M0 Trusted I/O SmartSlot Cable is engineered for use within Trusted TMR (Triple Modular Redundant) safety systems, providing reliable signal and power connectivity between output modules and field termination assemblies. With a 6.0-meter length and support for up to 40 channels, it is designed for digital 24 V/120 Vdc and analogue output applications, ensuring stable transmission of control signals in high-integrity industrial automation environments operating up to 50V DC and 1.0 A per channel.
This cable assembly integrates three multi-core sections to support both signal and power distribution. The main chassis-side connection uses a 96-way type ‘C’ connector in a TC-500 hood, while the primary output path terminates in a 96-way type ‘R’ connector for FTA interface. Additional auxiliary connections include a 5-way Weidmuller terminal for field power return and a 6-way AMP plug for field power supply integration via T8290 or T8297 units. Multi-layer Rilgain sleeving, reinforced shielding, and safety earth bonding ensure mechanical durability, EMI protection, and compliant grounding across all connections, making it suitable for demanding safety-critical applications.
