The Rexroth VT5013-37/R5E is an industrial-grade analog electronic amplifier board originally from Germany, designed specifically for proportional valves in Bosch Rexroth hydraulic control systems. This board belongs to Rexroth's classic 30 to 39 series (fully interchangeable between series), offering extremely high system compatibility. As the core drive unit, it accurately converts control signals into a maximum output current of 800 mA to drive the electromagnets of the hydraulic proportional valve. This model features a built-in 5-second fixed-time ramp generator, effectively smoothing signal transitions and preventing shocks caused by sudden pressure changes in the hydraulic system. It also comes with an easily identifiable English faceplate.
In terms of power supply adaptability and electrical design, the VT5013-37/R5E exhibits excellent adaptability to industrial environments, supporting a 24V -10% full-bridge rectified power input or a 28V to 35V three-phase rectified power supply, ensuring stable output even under power grid fluctuations. In terms of structure and manufacturing process, the board adopts the standard Eurocard size design, with specific dimensions of 3.94 x 6.30 inches (100 x 160 mm), which fully complies with the DIN 41 494 mechanical standard. With the FE 32 C 1X frame structure, it can be perfectly plugged and unplugged into a standard 19-inch control rack or a specific card slot, which greatly reduces the difficulty of daily maintenance and module replacement.
