Description

SIEMENS 6SN1145-1BB00-0FA1 is an infeed and regenerative feedback module for the SIMODRIVE 611 drive system that supplies and regulates the DC link power required by connected servo and spindle drive modules while enabling energy-efficient operation through regenerative braking. It converts three-phase AC line power into a stable DC link voltage of approximately 600 V DC, providing the central power source for multiple SIMODRIVE 611 power modules and drive axes. During deceleration or braking, the module recovers regenerative energy generated by motors and feeds it back into the electrical grid instead of dissipating it as heat, reducing energy consumption, cabinet heat generation, and cooling requirements. With support for 4-quadrant operation, configurable input voltages from 380 to 480 V AC, high power capability of up to 120 kW continuous and 175 kW peak, and advanced monitoring and protection functions, the module is designed for demanding CNC machine tools, spindle drives, and multi-axis industrial automation systems where reliable power distribution, efficient energy management, and high-performance motion control are required.
