The Bently Nevada 330907-05-30-10-12 is a 3300 NSv Reverse Mount Probe, manufactured in the USA as a key component of the 3300 XL NSv Proximity Transducer System, featuring M10X1 standard threads. This specific configuration has a 1.0-meter total length and is equipped with a miniature coaxial ClickLoc connector paired with a FluidLoc cable; its core construction includes a polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) probe tip and AISI 304 stainless steel (SST) case for structural and material reliability. The probe is part of the 3300 NSv series with diverse case and thread options (1/4-28, 3⁄8-24, M8X1, M10X1), and reverse mount models are standardized with 3⁄8-24 or M10X1 threads, all fitted with gold-plated brass ClickLoc connectors for anti-loosening mechanical and electrical connection.
Engineered with enhanced performance and compatibility, the 3300 NSv probe and extension cable are fully mechanical and electrical interchangeable with Bently Nevada’s legacy 3300 RAM series, while boasting improved chemical resistance for broad applicability in process compressor applications and superior side-view characteristics compared to the 3000-series 190 probe at equivalent target gaps. It integrates patented TipLoc molding for a robust tip-body bond and CableLoc design delivering 220 N (50 lb) pull strength for secure cable-tip attachment; ClickLoc connector protectors are recommended for probe-extension cable and cable-Proximitor Sensor junctions to prevent liquid ingress and electrical signal interference. System specifications (valid for 0°C to +45°C, max 2000 m altitude, -24 Vdc power, 10 kΩ load) apply exclusively to paired 3300 XL NSv Proximitor Sensor/extension cable, with accuracy and interchangeability guaranteed only for use with Bently Nevada AISI 4140 steel targets (≥31 mm diameter) at a 1.0 mm probe gap.
