It is part of the 3300 XL Proximity Transducer System, which includes a probe, extension cable, and Proximitor Sensor working together to provide stable and accurate non-contact measurement. The probe tip is made of Polyphenylene sulfide (PPS), while the housing uses AISI 303 or 304 stainless steel, ensuring strong mechanical durability and resistance to harsh industrial environments. With an operating and storage temperature range of -52°C to +177°C, it is suitable for demanding applications in turbines, compressors, pumps, and other fluid-film bearing equipment.
This proximity probe outputs a voltage signal directly proportional to the distance between the probe tip and the conductive target surface, enabling both static position and dynamic vibration measurements. It is widely used for machinery protection and condition monitoring, including Keyphasor reference and speed sensing applications. The modular design and standardized ordering options (AA-BB-CC-DD-EE) allow flexible configuration, such as 180 mm case length, 1.0 m total length, and Miniature coaxial ClickLoc connector for secure installation and stable signal transmission.
