Allen‑Bradley 193-EEGE E1 Plus Electronic Overload Relay is a self-powered electronic overload relay designed to provide accurate thermal protection for three-phase motors. Using direct current measurement instead of conventional thermal elements, it delivers precise motor overload monitoring and improved protection performance.

The relay features an adjustable current range of 18–90 A with selectable trip classes 10, 15, 20, and 30, allowing flexible configuration for different motor applications. Its self-powered design eliminates the need for an external control supply, simplifying installation and reducing panel heat.

Additional features include automatic or manual reset selection, isolated N.O./N.C. alarm contacts, fast phase loss detection, and thermal memory modeling to monitor motor heating and cooling conditions.

Optional expansion modules support advanced functions such as DeviceNet, EtherNet/IP, and PROFIBUS communication, as well as jam detection, ground fault protection, and PTC thermistor monitoring.
